What We Do

Some projects start with a logo. Others start with a building, a refurbishment or a new opening. Often it’s both. We’re used to working from either end and bringing everything into alignment as things develop.

Our work spans pubs, bars and restaurants, as well as hotels, inns with rooms, pop-ups and mixed-use hospitality spaces from individual venues through to large multi-site estates.

Architectural Visualisation

We produce architectural visualisations for hospitality venues, often early in a project, to help communicate an idea clearly and bring others on board.

They’re frequently used as pitch tools to sell in a concept, secure internal buy-in or support investment conversations  helping teams understand a project before anything is built. For some clients, including groups like Heartwood, the visuals are also used beyond the pitch stage, supporting marketing, promotion and wider brand communications.

The visuals explore layout, flow and atmosphere, and show how branding, signage and wayfinding will live within a space. In many cases, they become the backbone of a project, shaping decisions and giving teams confidence as it moves forward.

Brand Design & Identity

Brand identity work is approached as system-building rather than one-off design.
Alongside the creative work, practical brand guidelines are produced covering logo use, colour, typography, imagery and application so brands can be applied confidently by in-house teams, operators and external suppliers.
The focus is on longevity: creating identities that hold together over time, scale across multiple venues, and remain clear as businesses grow and change.

Signage, Wayfinding & Illustration

Much of our work centres on signage and illustration that needs to work hard in live hospitality settings.

This includes pub signs, pictorials, wall graphics and navigational elements, all developed in context. A particular strength lies in pub pictorial work, drawing on the name, history and character of a venue to create signage that feels rooted and recognisable.

Scale, legibility, materials and sightlines are considered from the outset, ensuring everything works once it’s installed.

Menus, POS & Rollout

Menus and point-of-sale are treated as operational tools, not just design outputs.

Attention is given to format, hierarchy and readability particularly for multi-site operators  with designs adapted across different venues and formats while keeping brands clear, joined-up and easy to manage.

This work often supports wider rollouts, helping estates maintain clarity and cohesion while allowing for local character where needed.

Digital Design & AI-Assisted Visualisation

Hospitality brands don’t just live in buildings anymore.

They live on websites, booking pages, social feeds, digital menus, campaign assets and customer journeys often before anyone has stepped inside.

We design for that whole picture.

Our digital work helps pubs, bars, restaurants and hotels show up clearly and consistently online, with websites, campaign assets, social content and brand materials.

AI is also part of how we develop and present ideas. We use it carefully to assist with visualisation, walk-throughs and early-stage concepts, helping clients understand spaces, signage and brand direction more quickly.

Ongoing Support

Many of our clients work with us over the long term.

That might mean shaping and selling new ideas, supporting refurbishments or new openings, evolving a brand, or helping roll out updates as venues change.
