ROLLOUT
Grandstand was developed as part of a wider programme to define a clearer set of pub brands across the Marston’s estate.
A sport-led pub format designed for scale.
We were brought in at the outset to establish how the brand would work in practice as a complete system, designed for rollout.
The work covered identity, typography, colour and logo design, supported by a full set of practical guidelines.
These define how the brand is applied across signage, exteriors, menus, in-venue graphics and wider marketing assets, ensuring clarity and consistency at scale.
Pictorial signage was developed as part of the system, providing recognisable assets that sit within the wider brand framework.
A significant focus was placed on external application.
Signage, colour, lighting and graphic elements were developed as a joined-up approach, ensuring each site reads clearly and consistently once installed.
Architectural visualisations were used throughout to test and refine how the brand performs on real buildings.
The work extends across the full customer journey from first impression on the street through to internal touchpoints.
Now rolled out across approximately 60 pubs, Grandstand provides a clear, repeatable framework that supports speed, consistency and ease of application across the estate.
